Kelowna Spin Classes

Transition Tri Club Spin Classes start October 2nd!

Location: behind Quizno's on South Pandosy (3030 Pandosy Street), in the blue building.

Days/Times:

  • Tuesday evening, setup at 7:00 PM - class from 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
  • Thursday morning, setup at just before 6 AM - class from 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
  • Friday evening, setup at 6:00 PM - class from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Sunday morning, setup at 10:00 AM - class from 10:30 AM - ?? (this will be a longer, endurance class)
Prices are $5.00 drop-in.  Price is subject to change.
